Modify Dead Island 2 autosplitter details (#2536)

Updated URLs and description for Dead Island 2 autosplitter.

I have had permission from the Dead Island 2 community to update the link as the old one isn't working anymore, and I had updated the script so that it is now functional again, this time for both Epic and Steam versions.
