[meta] Organise a hack day to address a few issues

Hack day (4-5h) planned for either of the following dates:

• Tue April 11, afternoon
• Fri April 14
• Tue April 18
• Wed April 19
• Thu April 20

The hack day will address #30 (most important) and potentially #73.

#30 is important because we want to be able to run alto2txt on the files that have been uploaded to the BL repository and have a blog post that describes this workflow + motivate it. (That means that we'll also get a real-world example, like #47 asks for.)
