Add paths to CMD line args for data locations

Hopefully you've got all the data needed now. A suggestion: [tool.poetry.scripts] in pyproject.toml has two separate CLI commands registered: a2t2f-news and a2tsf-adj. Can imagine a refactor around one CLI (and a better name than a2t2f...).
