New section in Setting Gallery: "Mode Settings"

Sliders and Toggles unique to specific Light Modes should be at the back of the gallery, and highlighted a different color.

This new section of the gallery should be labeled "Mode Settings" in a row above the setting names.

This could make it more clear why some settings are available in certain modes, and some are not.
