Use a flag in the fragment to turn on logging

We may want to turn on logging for a deployed app. We can do that from the console, but then we miss the initial loading messages. It's also a hassle if we need to reload several times during diagnosis.

We should be able to support a query string after the fragment and use query string parameters to control logging or other future needs. For example:
