More informative error for config mismatch

This error could be more informative for debugging. Should add:

• Message that error is from difference between rec header (or reconfig header) and the metadata yaml. Would help users realize source of problem
• Give the number of channels in both ( rather than just say is a mismatch). Would help me more quickly diagnose which file is the issue.
