Add Mekanism Heat Support

There is support with Mekanism gas, Mekanism slurry, Mekanism infuse as well as Mekanism pigment.So I think that Mekanism heat is also need to support in recipemap.
For example, I think that a multiblocked structure outputs heat is better than inputs coolant and return hot coolant. And a multiblocked boiler is also needed.
Mekanism 气体、浆液、灌注以及染料都有支持。所以Mekanism 热量应该也需要支持。
例如，我认为多方块结构输出热量比输入冷却液然后返回热冷却液更好，也许还需要一个多方块锅炉。
