The current top navigation menu appears differently on various pages, which disrupts the visual coherence and user experience of the platform. The navigation bar should have a unified design and structure throughout the application.

Purpose:

Maintaining a consistent navigation menu reinforces the platform’s visual identity, enhances usability, and provides a smoother experience for users as they navigate between pages.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The top navigation menu appears identical on all pages (same layout, colors, and elements).
• No elements from the navigation bar overlap or conflict with existing page themes or content.
• The navigation menu does not interfere with or cause issues related to the current theme of any page.
• It is not required to fix the existing light/dark theme problem as part of this issue.
• Navigation remains responsive and functional on all screen sizes.
• No visual glitches or inconsistencies are introduced after the update.

Additional Information:

If possible, consider using a shared layout or reusable component for the navigation menu to streamline future updates.
