Add S3 in lumio-conf

It would be helpful to add aws s3 configuration in .aws/credentials with lumio-conf. Meanwhile, the aws template from https://auth.lumidata.eu/projects is working well.

The tool I use that requests the file is DVC, it uses s3fs and boto3 Python packages.
