Is there any hope for further development of this plugin?

I want to thank you for this initiative and effort! It would be a shame if more didn't come of it, because I think this plugin has a lot of potential.

Merging of the contributions by @sytone would be a great way to restart development. I've tested the issue8 branch in sytone's fork, and it already has a lot of improvements, including some open issues here.

If there are no plans for further development, then perhaps @sytone would want to continue his fork as the main repository for this project going forward?

If two-way sync could be achieved I think that would be the key to making this plugin central to many productivity workflows.

I could setup my fork to release. The branch I had only rally has me using it so if you are able to use it as well it is a good sign. 😀

Yeah, I built it from source since I was eager to try it despite there being no release. It is working fairly well, despite some language mismatches and bugs but I was missing the option to sync task status from Microsoft Todo into Obsidian.

Hi both @LumosLovegood and @sytone, just checking in based on your latest comments here, is there is a plan for sytone's branch to be mained, or any furture improvement?
I'm using the Day Planner to have Outlook (personal and work) into Obsidian, and your plugin would be the holy grail to a lot of users including myself. It would be great to have it ready to move to the official plugin list as well, once you're confident with it.
