Document adding .cargo/bin to $PATH

The documentation under Post-Install/Add lvim to $PATH could be extended to also mention that .cargo/bin might need to be added to the path if you chose to install cargo.

Otherwise some of the example plugin configs don't work (e.g. minimap)
