This repository is an extension for scMultiome pipleine to create, merge single cell Seurat objects.
In order to run this pipleline use following command:
bash run_analysis.sh "obj_gen" "merge"
This will run 01-Generating_Seurat_Obj.R and 02-Merging_Seurat_Obj.R
Aditionally you can run 03-QC_plots_merged_obj.R if needed.
