Add Distant Horizons support? #11

Hello again Luracasmus, I understand that this might be a big ask since I heard support for it is fairly complicated and I can absolutely wait in the meantime, but I noticed this doesn't work with Distant Horizons, which is kinda a bummer since I don't think I can play without it after trying it out in-depth. Even worse, with DH on, my FPS tanks severely from 40-60 FPS to 20-40 FPS and is a stuttery mess. Since you never mentioned DH a single time in the shaderLABS Discord, I thought I'd suggest it!
