Packed textures not displaying

(Some) textures do not display in a packed .blend-file, unpacking resources is needed first.
HDRIs seem to work based on some other test.

dds format is definitely not supported. Actually, it is even not exposed by Conan recipe for OpenImageIO. There might be a workaround, but before we go down that route, we need to ask ourselves: is this format worth the effort?

Actually, the file linked in the original post contains DDS-images and they do work, so it must be supported (!)

What remains is that BLC does only render the textures after unpacking, so I would leave this Issue open for enabling proper support for packed textures
