Images thumbnails aren't shown in 6.2.0 version

Detailed description of the problem

I am getting the same issue on 6.2.0 version. #2748

The thumbnails are not loading when uploading images and on creating an album. However when you click on that picture it is there.

I tried disabling the "Enable low quality images placeholder" setting and the issue persists.
