Detailed description of the problem

The upload process starts from an unforeseen action. I move a photo in the photo view and an upload process suddenly starts.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Login with a user with upload rights
Go to the album
Open a photo
Press the mouse button move the image a few pixels and release the image
