Run conposer install --no-dev and then The following message appears:

Generating optimized autoload files

Illuminate\Foundation\ComposerScripts::postAutoloadDump
@php artisan optimize --clever --dont-confirm=assume-no

In Filesystem.php line 222:

tempnam(): file created in the system's temporary directory

Script @php artisan optimize --clever --dont-confirm=assume-no handling the post-autoload-dump event returned with error code 1
