Warnings in Diagnostics after Manual upgrade

This morning I did a manual upgrade to 6.6.10 from 6.6.5 and received 3 warnings after doing so. Everything appears to work correctly but wanted to post here to make sure I didn't mess something up OR if this is something that needs to be addressed. Since everything seems to be OK I didn't put this in the BUGS sections as I didn't feel it needed immediate attention.

Hi @brandonjacksonphoto I see that you are using a release without docker on Linux. So I would expect the Imagick config files to be there, if you can locate them on your system then I will add your case to the search paths for them to validate the policy.
This check is to make sure that imagick is set to process pdf files in order to extract the thumbnail.

For the timezone, I am not sure why this one did pop out.

opcache_get_configuration is a function that we use to check if your php version has op cache enabled. Op cache is effectively caching the php instruction files for faster execution later. This leads to significant speed up of the server hence why we added this check.

TL;DR: all those checks are mostly benign, if you can figure out where your policy.xml file is for imagick, that would be a small help for us, otherwise I would say that you can ignore those.

Very good! I'll see if I can determine the file location. And despite the warning about the caching, this version seems to run faster than the previous one I was using, which seems very good so far.
