Detailed description of the problem

Hello,

I'm currently experiencing a problem with one of my clients' Lychee files. One of the albums contains a large number of images (416), and the total size of the folder is expected to be 5 to 6 GB. There is no compression because I'm also a photographer and I send files in optimal quality to my clients for storage.

The problem is that when you try to download the full album using the button in the top right corner, the download always ends at 2.14 GB, and naturally, the downloaded zip file returns an error when you try to unzip it.

I have absolutely no problems with other smaller folders/albums.

Does anyone have any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply, I was on vacations last week and completely out of internet coverage at sea.

Can you check:

• the logs of Lychee if there are any errors that pops up when you do the download?
• how long it takes before the download crashes, as in could it be a php timeout issue?
