Hide left sidebar and signin button from public view

I couldn't find any boolean that toggle left sidebar and sign in button from the general guest view (logged-out view)
Do I need to use custom CSS to target those classes?

Do you want those to be always visible ?

Sorry, I was not clear. I wish to hide those elements from the public view.
The top-left hamburger menu and the "Sign In" button on the top right.

But then you won't be able to login to upload images etc.

I get hammered from rouge users trying to spam the login page, hence I wish to simply hide it. I bookmarked the login page though.

There is throttling though:

But I guess this is not enough in your case.

I'll look into this. For now I'm thwarting attempts using Cloudflare, however I was looking for a simple security by obscurity on the app. As for the left menu, do you suggest to use custom CSS?

Either custom CSS or javascript both are possible.
