How exactly does the config work for MachinaCore?

I kind of get the config but I am not 100% certain how it works. Do you mind showing more examples of a config that has been used? I want to make all blocks be drilled really fast but the config is a bit complicated. It would take a long time to type all the id's from 1-390.

The current config for MachinaCore isn't the prettiest I'll admit, it was mainly made for people who wanted to change a couple things here or there, or needed to add block properties for new blocks on a spout server.

For now there's no "easy" way to make a sweeping change to all the drill times, but I'll see if I can open them up for configuration.
