Shadow of windows in fullscreen is blocking windows on other monitors a bit

i have 2 monitors, when i have 2 fullscreen programs open, and i have the left one in focus, i cant instantly close the right one, because the close button (left side window controls) is behind the shadow of the left window, clicking there will keep the focus on the left window

Oh! This is due to the large box-shadows around the window. I will reduce the shadow's spread in the next commits.
