On the landing page, when you get to research and hit “See all research reports”, it takes you to publications, which includes action area art. As art the shares the type "publication" we can't filter them out.

We can reorder in hubadmin, by changing the dates of publications. Reorder based on date field. Elise choose order of publication (newest)
