I'm interested in using PreQual to preprocess my dwi data, including the gradient non-linearity distortion correction step. I see that here, this requires a gradtensor.nii file estimated from phantom scans. I don't have phantom scans , but do have the gradient coefficients file from siemens. is there any way to run GDC here with the coefficients file instead, or any suggestions for using that file to estimate the gradtensor image?
