Add instances in Kirlik format

Make a subfolder in instances e.g. name it krk with the same instances just in the Kirlik format. The file prefix should be the same as the folder name. Subfolders should be in the same structure as in the raw folder (maybe we should change the raw folder name to fgt and the file prefix).
