Early Loading Feature

I think that if this mod had early loading, when a modpack starts up this mod takes effect. An example of what I mean is in this mod https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/stargate-early-loading they load early and have their animations load before loading is almost or is complete.
