Remove versioning

As discussed in today's meeting, there is no clear purpose to the versioning in the cookiecutter currently. This may change if cookiecutters can work off PyPI.

Other options include:

• switch to calver
• remove versioning completely

Or we keep versioning but bump it whenever we, for instance, bump supported Python or make other changes.

Is the cookie cutter version the _mda_cc_version variable

If so, we could simply decide to make it the same as the currently released MDAnalysis version. At least that gives people some idea what it's supposed to work with.

I notice that, technically speaking, the cookiecutter follows semantic versioning

and this project adheres to [Semantic Versioning](https://semver.org/spec/v2.0.0.html).

Should we actually just do that?? Versioning has the advantage that one can look at the CHANGELOG to get an idea what one might have to do in order to fix a broken MDAKit that's based on an older version of the cookiecutter.
