Hello, I want to know the output unit of RMSD and RMSF analysis of MDAnalysis. Is it nanometer or Angstrom? |

Hi here are the units definitions for MDAnalysis: https://userguide.mdanalysis.org/stable/units.html To answer your question, distances are analysed in angstrom. |
