Hard-coded values for the `climate_forcing` workflow and job submission glitch

The values in the 1_datatool.sh are all hard-coded and could potentially be less flexible to use for different case studies.

Problem statement

For the job submission glitch, apparently, the 1_datatool.sh submits a job to submit a datatool job, which is a bit of a glitch and could probably be removed.
