`3_Climateforcing_change_unity.sh` file has hard-coded values

Problem statement

Most of the values in the 3_Climateforcing_change_unity.sh is hard-coded and lowers the flexibility where the case area of MESH is going to be different.

This is both in the SBATCH statements, and RDRS-specific (forcing-specific) parts of the script.
