Remove Primary Color from Checkbox Labels

Describe the bug
Checkbox labels are set to be the primary Quasar brand color by default. This means the text of the checkbox label for the acknowledgment on the "Create Submission" form appears blue.

To Reproduce

1. Log in to Pilcrow
2. Click on the "Submissions" tab
3. In the "New Submission" section, select a publication and click on the "Create New Submission" button
4. Make sure your operating system is set to Light mode
5. Notice that the checkbox label is in blue

Expected behavior
Change the color of checkbox labels so that they are the default text color in Light mode (#000).
