Feature Request: Convertibles in daily log

Would it be possible to add to the journal the convertibles over that time period?

e.g.
Unstable charms converted to the following
Champions charms converted to following
gift wrapped
and other convertible items.

Mainly interested in the top one for now as thats what I am using in Hwn

But also could have base and trap procs also would be cool
Your cookbook base procced these....
