Describe the bug

In mobile view of the panel it is very difficult to tell whether a client is Online or Offline just by looking at the list.
I have to manually tap on the indicator next to each user to trigger the status tooltip.

To make the status visible without tapping, I suggest adding a pulsing/blinking animation effect to the green dot for "Online" users. "Offline" users can simply have a static dot. This makes active connections instantly clear.
