Extend scripts in `operations.laplacian` to accept multiple subjects on last axis.

The idea is to accept 3D arrays representing multiple graphs for multiple independent subjects (e.g. different SCs) on the last axis (`NxNxS`, where N is the number of nodes and S is the number of independent graphs)).
