Add mechanism for time-limited access to datasets #2499
Description
We have had a request from someone who is serving as a reference for credentialing applications. They would like to approve access to a user but for a limited time period.
Use case: the researcher would like to approve access to students only for the period of a class (or annotation task). After the class/task is complete, they will no longer be supervising the students.
I think this is something that we should consider supporting.
