Description
Consider the following representation of Simpson's Paradox:
% Probability Distribution
0.5::male.
0.6::recover :- male, drug.
0.7::recover :- male, not drug.
0.2::recover :- not male, drug.
0.3::recover :- not male, not drug.
0.75::drug :- male.
0.25::drug :- not male.
% Queries and Observations
do( drug ).
query(recover).
With this query I seem to get a probability of 0.45 (instead of my expected 0.4). Also, when I query with do(\+ drug) I seem to get the same result. If the file is in simpson.problog then the command I'm using is problog simpson.problog. Am I doing something wrong here?
