Add Project (Add, Close, Edit) UI

The implementation for the required mutations is already implemented in this PR: https://github.com/MLH-Fellowship/vscode-github-projects/pull/19

We just need to build the frontend (Add Project, Close Project, Edit Project) in Svelte for it.
