Sign up call out layout regression

Seeing a regression for the call out in the header, possibly due to recent updates made to the header component.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Sign out
2. Navigate to sign in page

Expected behavior

The "Join us!" text in the header for the non-mobile layout overlaps the "Sign Up!" button.
