The NSFW flag needs explicit state indication. It is impossible to tell what the status of a post is indicated by either of the two buttons below.

The difference between these buttons is so subtle that it's impossible to tell what state a button is without having its counterpart next to it as a reference.

Color change alone should never be used to represent status anyway.
