Invite Member Dropdown Goes Behind Search Box #980

When you try to add a new member to a shake, the dropdown is overlapped by the search input.

This should be fixed by adjusting the z-index of the search input to be lower than the z-index of the dropdown.

This bug is visible in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on MacOS.
