This isn't by alphabetical order. Nor is it chronological by date of creation or date of last activity.

Is there a user-friendlier way to sequence this?

I love it. I know it's not going to be everyone's cup of tea but it really seems like the way to go. Maybe ask in the #technology slack if you havent' already just to get more eyes on it?
