Bug: DataGateway Callback for Limesurvey can not support multiple Study/Observations

LimeSurvey now uses studyId_id-onservationId_id-participantId_id as firstname and more als lastname. The gatewy still uses the old format. Therefore Limesurvey functionality is currently broken

We've cleaned up the gateway and implemented much more logs, which we have to observe and see if the problem rises again.

Latest bugfix fixed the issue. One Limesurvey was used over multiple observations and I could fill out both of them without any issues.
