Mesh and data Interpolation

Let me ask a question:
How to use that tool to create a new init_data.nc or forcing_data.nc? For example, I have ERA5 data (u10, v10) and SODA data (such as TEMP, SALT), so I want use those data to drive the MPAS-Ocean. Can that tool interpolate the ERA5 or SODA data into the MPAS-Ocean's mesh? And how can I do that? Thanks.

@dinghao1995, this sounds like a very big project that would require a large amount of MPAS-Ocean expertise. I don't think our team really has time to engage with this at the moment.
