If I manage to find collaborators (note: this is a call to you! :D), this is how I would like to go about the development.
Of course I haven't tried it yet, but this sounds pretty reasonable to me. But it takes two people for a code review, will someone join me? :D
One day there will be a pre-commit hook for that.
Also, I will probably use the Jasmine test suite (or the node version).
At some point I will set up an automatic build system that will compile what is needed and push master to Heroku on every change. At some point.
