When loading livery manger installation fails

Description

When trying to install livery manger, it starts the install process then it shows "error occurred while loading new feed.

To reproduce

1. Click on view more info
   Failed to fetch current feed from API
2. Turn off your PC

Manager version: V-12

FS2020 Version: V-1.26.5.0
