Question 1: The script ./build_libsamplerate.sh will fail to execute because http://www.mega-nerd.com has been shut down.
Solution 1:
The download path needs to be updated. The new download path is here: https://github.com/libsndfile/libsamplerate
Solution 2:
The file packaging\win32_3rdparty\libsamplerate-0.1.8 already exists. In packaging\build_3rdparty_static_win32.sh, there is no need to execute ./build_libsamplerate.sh.

Question 2:
The download of zlib-1.2.12 failed. Maybe need to update to the permanent link: https://zlib.net/current/zlib.tar.gz or update to the latest version: 1.3.1
