Facilitate more comments through redesign

More comments might have a positive effect on the community. Some redesign might be able to facilitate more comments.

• Sound page: make sound title smaller (let user get to comments faster) #2113

• Sound page: move report link to sidebar (let user get to comments faster) #2116

• Sound page: Make comment writing section compact before interaction (let user get to comments faster) #2118

Similarly: #606 tried to facilitate more ratings through layout changes, which apparently worked.

I think with more comments more moderation is necessary however.
