Errors in Python code

Using transformation_GUI.py in the STFT Morph tab if you click on "Apply Transformation" you get

"NameError: name 'os' is not defined. Did you forget to import 'os'"

This is the same in the Stochastic and HPS tabs.

I have created a pull request.
