Sunset mardi02

The current specifications for our OpenStack servers are:
mardi02: 32 VCPUs, 128 GB RAM, 3200 GiB disk + volume
mardi03: 32 VCPUs, 64 GB RAM, 500 GiB disk + volume

I plan to destroy mardi02 to free up resources and deploy the legacy services in the mardi03 instance, according to this MaRDI4NFDI/portal-compose#719

Timeframe for this is this week.

Any objections @physikerwelt ?

I would like to keep mardi02 for a while, but we could remove mardi03.

So we will delete mardi03 and keep mardi02 until end of September 2026.
