Assistants File Upload is hardcoded to attach files to Code Interpreter tool

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Assistants Tab, click +
2. Enable File Search
3. Upload File
4. Save Assistant
5. Create conversation for assistant
6. Ask the assistant what files are attached to File Search tool

Expected behavior
The assistant would reply that there is a file attached
